1. Transparency Guarantee
At NeelStack Solutions Private Limited, we strive to ensure a transparent, fair, and reliable billing experience for institutions subscribing to DhruvaOS. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding software subscription payments, renewals, and cancellations.
2. Free Community Tier & Risk-Free Evaluation Period
New institutions subscribing to DhruvaOS enjoy a Free Forever Community Tier (up to 250 active students) and a 30 to 90-Day Risk-Free Evaluation Period on Growth and Enterprise tiers with zero upfront credit card commitment. You may evaluate all 28+ ERP modules, AI copilot, mobile apps, and parent portals without charge.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- Self-Service Cancellation: Institutional Super Administrators may cancel or downgrade their active subscription plan at any time directly from the Admin Control Plane → Billing section.
- Effective Date: Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the conclusion of the current prepaid billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- Zero Cancellation Penalty: NeelStack charges zero cancellation fees or early termination penalties on standard SaaS tiers.
4. Refund Eligibility & Processing
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, but cancellation immediately halts all future recurring charges.
Annual Subscriptions
If cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase or annual renewal, customers are eligible for a prorated refund for unused months, subject to standard gateway processing fees.
5. Refund Turnaround & Method
Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method (Bank Account via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) through our authorized payment processors (Razorpay / Stripe / PhonePe) within 5 to 7 business days.
